This is not a good place to repair. Their costumer service centre is one of the worst in Denmark. I call them in their opening time and they don't pick up the call. On 13-April, 2019, Saturday , I was there 2 times in their opening time , from 10-14. The shop was closed. I contacted in Vesterbro Branch, Lars was there and he told me that I can come within opening time again on same day. I was just there again at 12:00, it was closed. Lars told me that somebody working on that shift is sick and cannot open. I have to travel the next day with my laptop where there was very important documents and the next day too, it is closed. What a worst and irresponsible manner. In Denmark, they must open in the opening time. If not, they should hang some notice on the door about the cause. There was nothing on Door about not able to open it. Who will pay for me for such a big mistake they have done. I was there one day before, someone working there who told me to come next day. I followed him. Unluckly closed without any information. And I am travelling for 7 weeks. What should I do? What a big problems they have created? Irresponsible .

Friendly and competent employees, can fix almost any electronics problem. Ask for Nicolai if you can. He's extremely competent as his work, and will fairly talk you through solution possibilities.
200kr for checking my computer out, then they asked 1500 for getting it fixed but loosing the old interface, if I wanted the Pc working perfectly as before I should have spent 2700kr. 400 meter ahead with 1500kr my Pc got fixed and now it works as it was before. baaad

My Mac's screen was not functioning after I dropped it, and I've talked to several other places about it, and they all proposed me to change the screen, but these guys found out that it was actually a simple disconnection issue and saved me thousands of kronas. The personnel were also very professional and cheerful. Thanks guys!
Needed to repair the frame of the screen of my HP laptop, and that was done in 2 days. However, the camera had been taken out and had not been put back and the hinge was looser than before and a rubber pad from the bottom is missing. Sloppy service.
I went there to clean the dust of my laptop and thwy broke the exterior plastic of yhe ventolation system.
