I have paid 100kr for a laptop check to find out the problem. The problem was found (just need to change a piece) and we agreed they would find the piece and call me with a price to fix my laptop. They have never called me! I went there 4 times and never got the price for the service. And they have kept my 100kr. Then I felt cheated! Maybe the have forgotten to call me 5 times! Who knows...

I took my MacBook to this place. Cuz I put water in the Keyboard, so they told me that they will open and clean but they didn’t do anything with this just called me and said that everything was damaged for the water and I paid 250 kr so when I picked up my MacBook I open it at home and I saw that they didn’t really open cuz it was wet inside. after this I cleaned the motherboard by my self with alcohol isopropyl and to my surprise the MacBook worked SO THEY JUST TOok MY MONEY WITHOUT DOING ANYTHING
I was having a laptop screen replaced, the delivery of the replacement part was a week later than it should have been, the loose cable that was also an issue was not fixed. I stressed that my laptop was needed for university work and that the extra week that it took had implications upon overnight tests that i was doing on live animals. I could not remotely cancel the tests due to the laptop needing repaired, so it being an additional week was a real issue for me. I explained the implications of the part being much later than expected and there seemed to be little understanding of how much trouble this had caused, and no attempt was made at resloving this issue. After picking up my laptop and arriving home, I also noticed that there is a chip on the keyboard. Whilst it is aesthetic damage, it is still damage and was not the condition i handed my laptop in. EDIT: Owner called me and was yelling at me about my review, changed to three stars whilst they had my laptop in their care under duress, STILL DIDN'T FIX IT AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW ONE., the privilidge cost me 1500 to replace a screen that wasn't broken and only required a new cable.

Brugte 4 uger på noget de sagde ville tage 4-5 dage. Øgede prisen med 150 kr. fra tidligere aftalt lige før betaling. Ringer ikke når computer er færdig, så man skal selv ringe med jævne mellemrum. Upålideligt og uprofessionelt drevet! De kan dog godt fikse computere. Bare sørg for at få prisen på skrift og hav masser af tålmodighed!
Henvendte mig med en computer der ikke ville starte efter at have været tabt på gulvet. Problemet blev hurtigt løst, det var billigere end jeg troede og betjeningen var superfin!
Jeg havde indleveret min iphone til reperation, hvor den gik sort , det blev fikset på en under en time. super god service. kan varmt anbefale Pc workshop
