a very poor service, not a professional management. this is the first time i encounter this kind of management or service provided to a costumer. 1. monthly send a proof of salary. 2. monthly send a proof of income tax return. 3. monthly send a proof of RKI if you are registered. 4. monthly send a proof of A-KASSE 5. monthly send a proof of employment contract. i been doing those requirements monthly but....... almost every day annoys me the sms, email and calls that i have to send those proof but it was done already. and when i call them they keep in saying i have to ignore it because it is automatic on their system. this is the only financiering company i really don't understand their system and even i am paid already it says also that i haven't paid it and they will register me on RKI. i can't recommend this to all who's looking for a finance company to loan money. yes you lend money, but the systems annoys and it is not normal.

My advice for anyone is to avoid borrowing from this lender no matter how desperate.They will sink you and make your situation worse..They are day light robbers , they lend in bad faith ,non-responsive and I wonder why they are not been investigated with their dodgy rip off practices.
