Wow, I am surprised how arrogant and negligent this company can be! Ordered flowers for my mother - mothers day AND for her returning from the hospital. I ordered early on a weekday (10 AM), and they write in their order confirmation that if you order before 1 PM you are guaranteed delivery the same day. No message during ordering that delivery times may be affected, no message during the day that delivery was not possible - no communication what so ever! No flowers either! They have now closed the option to call them, they have closed the option to chat with them, and they don't respond to email!? This is a big company operating in many countries, is this their way of handling extraordinary situations, corona, busy periods? Did they not see mother's day coming up? One thing that could make the situation bearable is COMMUNICATION! I want my money back!

Ordered a wedding bouquet to a friend using Euroflorist Austria. I have posted a picture of what I ordered and what I got. Judge for yourself if it's the same bouquet. Talking with customer service their offer was that my friend can go and pick up 2-4 roses from the store. This was the compensation for a 350dkk bouquet that I didn't choose. It seems that the Danish branch hasn't received any better reviews so maybe don't risk it.
Den 11. maj bestilte jeg en Mors Dag buket til min mor. Den blev leveret om søndagen som aftalt, men nogle af blomsterne var visne og blev smidt ud med det samme. Næste dag blev flere blomster smidt ud. Det er både første og sidste gang jeg handler hos Euroflirist
Kommer med blomster til bisættelse 1 time efter bisættelsen er forbi - både de efterladte og giverne er totalt til nar.
De smukkeste blomster 1 time efter jeg havde bestilt online. Hvad kan jeg forlange mere..
