This is the best, the only true Astanga Yoga studio in Copenhagen. I have practiced at this wonderful space for many years. The studio has super facilities and once you are a member the completely unique Open Space access. You can practice when you want to.

Moved, inspired and so blessed to have met Eskil and have learned from him. I learned more in 5 days about yoga than in the last 2 months i have practiced it in a more intense way. I highly recommend this studio and him as a person and teacher. I've never met any yoga teacher so humble and dedicated, with an open heart and young spirit. Without having to mention that the Ashtanga that he teaches is very pure and direct, it feels direct from the source. Thank you so much Eskil and see you again soon!
Amazing yoga studio. The teacher Eskil is very dedicated and always knows what I need to work on to get further in my practice. I have been coming here for four years and will continue to do so for many years to come. I highly recommend it.
I started my ashtanga practice in New York and continued it in various European cities, but nowhere have I encountered more attentive and committed teaching than at Astanga Yoga Studio. Practicing here, I learned fundamental principles in ashtanga to which I had never paid much attention. Expect to be taken seriously: your breathing and your sun salutations will be corrected and improved even if you are a long-time practitioner. At the same time, the studio is also a place of calm and friendliness, and having your own key allows for an unusual level of flexibility. Eskil is the most reliable and trust-inspiring teacher I have ever met. He also knows and teaches chant (and rap songs from the 90s).

Terrible experience, the main teacher Eskil is one the the stiffest, most pretentious, and judgemental person ever met. Really not the kind of behaviour you expect from that kind of place. To avoid absolutely.
