Very expencive, not worth the money because the vacuum doesnt work, the ovens in the common kitchen was dirty beyond discription, the washingmachines didn't work for months, the keys to the front door wouldn't work for no apperant reason, the fridge wasn't cold, the toilets got clogged at least 2 times a week, the elevator smelled like vomit for weeks and nobody cleaned it propperly, the porchdoors in the kitchen areas were always unlocked making the residents feel unsafe.
