Alison is one of the the most competent instructor in the world. She is an inspiration and classes are fun - so time flies and you want to come back for more.

Every week I am looking forward to our Thursday’s yoga class. It is demanding but at the same time you can join being at any level of advancement...over an hour of mindfulness that allows you to discover your body and mind accompanied by Alison’s great sense of humor :-)
