Traveling with 3 small kids and 70 year old mother in law, on our way back from LEGOLAND, we had a katalysator problem and were forced to stop in this garage. Considering the circumstances, we were treated abysmal. First, they let us wait 2,5 hours before they even read out the computer of the car to identify the problem. Then they let us wait another 2,5 hours, without providing water, to inform us that it was too late to fix the car the same day as it was too late to order a spare part from Germany. Having spent the whole day in the waiting room, with a large family and without information, while we could have organised a visit to the nearby town is below any standard of customer service and this while we were fully insured with VW mobility service.

Super flot ny renoveret udstilling.
Skulle ringe og bestille tid ved værkstedet. Ringede 3 gange og 4 gang fik jeg endelig fat på en. Som sagde de ville ringe tilbage. Ingen svar på mail eller tlf. Vælger så at møde op personligt, hvor jeg bliver mødt af en arrogant nar til medarbejder. Glad for jeg ikke ejer en vw.
