A large living open air museum, with lots to see for the whole family. Some minuses where not able to ride the train if you don't have cash or Danish mobile pay and the restaurant didn't sell any food or snacks, just drinks and ice cream. Also some of the houses could do with a bit of love. They are old but there is a difference between old and falling a part. But still the atmosphere and all the houses, animals, objects that are really good (and there's a lot) make it a good visit!

Really nice and interesting museum. Lovely staff and delicious food at their restaurant. The new shelter is also really cool for backpackers coming by!
Being able to visit the historic buildings of my ancestors was a great experience for me....
Visited only in summer with the staff dressed like then and showing skills...like the guy in the water mill producing flour. He was very happy to answer our questions. It's a huge area so wear sensible shoes. Outdoor to pick a sunny day
Nice place with many interesting buildinga! It's worth visiting! You should at least plan 2.5 hours on a dry day for your visit.
