I went to buy a printer. Two employees basically refused to help although I had seen online that they had one in storage they finally sent me back and forth waiting or denying it was available until I ran out of time. I went home made a online reservation for that same Printer and send my husband to pick it up. I needed it urgently unfortunately. Else I would have ordered it online somewhere else. I was so upset.

The staff is always occupied, and their click-to-collect is a bit of hassle. Also while people were waiting to be helped, a couple of guys from the staff was fooling around, playing loud music thoughout the store, creating a general annoying vibe. In addition, the staff isn't really technically qualified to help in most aspect, so do your research on what you need.

This is where I go to buy my electronics. One big reason us there warranty. Everyone know from time to time your electronics will stop work. Every time I have taken something in for warranty issues. They never give me a hard time. They just replace it with a new one. They price match if it's a danish website.
