This Bauhaus I have visited in September 2017 and the best I like has been the water world. Very nice and clean presentation with my possibilities to find the inspiration. Especially in the end, the Camargue has been really great and fascinating for me.

Bauhaus is one stop shop for buying things with regards to house improvements and maintenance. It has a high assortment of items, decent prices and good customer service (product advice and returns management). However, sometimes you have to wait for quite a while and there is no customer waiting number given. Smooth talkers take away the representatives while you have been diligently waiting at the representative's desk. Suggestion: Implement simple customer waiting management solution.

Very poor customer services at the inside sections. Staff ignoring customers, not friendly at all, too long waiting time for help
