The neighbours are great. The living experience is exquisite. The interior details are problematic. The rental management office however operates unreliably and at low transparency. 26/10/2020: Managed by the worst management team. UR overcharged 250kr of my deposit and upon 1 month of acknowledging their mistake and promised for a refund, the refund has not been made while the team is clearly unresponsive.

It's a scam, they are trying to sell the units for 1 million kroner now. Also they have to move the thing in 10 years! What a failure, just build real housing for students, not this garbage.
