I placed an order for a new UR3 robot from the local distributor \IP Tech\ back on July 22, and I still do not have my robot in hand. I was told that it would only be a couple of days to get it in my hands, but it still has not happened. It has now been 21 days, which would might be OK if I had been kept informed of the delays. However, time after time I find myself reaching out to \IP Tech\ for updates. I would love to give a review on the robot itself, but sadly, this experience is all I have.
