We had high expectations as it was promoted as one of the best airlines. However we had a horrible experience from Copenhagen to Tel Aviv and vice verse. The Turkish staff at Copenhagen airport was very rude and began to stress people from the morning that everyone had to hurry. In fact the departure time has also been changed a couple of times which made it very difficult to know the exact departure time. Even one hour before departure they changed it again which was very stressful. The food you get on the airplane is not good.

Not great but acceptable
I have now on several occasions tried to reach Turkish Airlines by phone in Denmark. It is hard to find any numbers than the ones listed for the airport. But you keep being on hold. I even called the headquarters in Turkey who gave me a new number which wasn't working. Now we are in the airport and with the intention to meet the office staff, I was again disappointed since the office is closed and will not open for the next couple of hours. If Turkish Airlines has been the best airline company in Europe, it must have been for business. I hope they also remember their economy passengers... I'm not impressed.
Very bad airlines, they take long time to proceed the check in even to upgrade the booking, i do not recommend it
Completely useless, impolite and unhelpful \service
I have tried number of times to reach by phone or in person and I have not succeeded. Turkish airlines should write somewhere when is the opening hours of their office.
I would give a zero if there is one. I like the route of Turkish airlines to the Philippines but I've never met service staff that are so unhelpful and rude. Turkish airlines really have to do something about this because it's really not okay. The staff at the airport also seem to NOT know what they're doing!
