Good products, but very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE with hiden costs. My girlfriend bought a bike from them and got no advises about sizes. She had to return and got charged extra for the new one. Lack of patiente in the sales and lake of listening as according to the owner they: \don't want to loose their time\.
