I wouldn't recommend anyone ever to use this company because they treat people like rubbish and you're guaranteed to get a huge bill when you move out, as they charge EVERYONE for repainting their apartments, no matter how short you lived there, and at an OUTRAGEOUS price. They also charged me for wear of the floor varnish, varnish that is of SUCH poor quality that it faded away in the most used parts of the house after me living there for a year and walking around in my socks!!! Again, the price they quoted for the re-varnishing was utterly ridiculous. THEN they charged me for change of locks \because they didn't get the keys from me\ which is ridiculous. I moved out on a day that the office was closed and went to put the keys in their mailbox but they had LOCKED the mailbox !! So I sent them by the mail instead, and Danish mail is known for good service so I sincerely doubt the keys were not delivered. In summary: if you rent with this horrible company, make plans for not receiving a single krone back of your deposit, cause they WILL do all they can to keep it all and even ask for more. Stay away from this company!!

Virkelig dårligt selskab. Tager ågerpriser ved fraflytning, på trods af at man kan dokumentere via billeder at skaderne var der ved indflytning. Desuden kan man ikke ringe og tale med dem om det. Kun skriftlige henvendelser. Hvorfor mon? Totalt svindelforetagende.
