I bought a scooter on the 22th of May 2020 and got it on the 26th of May, and with less than one month of use, on the 22th of June, with less than 500km and a full tank, it broke down at a red light and stopped working. It’s been over a week and they haven’t fixed it and every time I call they say something different and have refused to give me a new one. It was a brand new scooter that shouldn’t have broken down like that. Their customer service and their products are untrustworthy and terrible. And they lie!

Not good interaction.
No waiting, quick and precise service, the parts fit to my car and function perfectly. Honestly, I don't dare to hope for too much, so everything was above my expectations :)
