Used the car and then proceeded to check out, I received a message saying I had to pay an extra 30kr 200kr and I was ok with that because I parked at right as the time was finishing but the app seamed to work fine so I went home. The next I day receive a second message saying I didn't lock the car and I had to pay almost 2000kr. I called and they said to send an email which I sent more than 24 hours ago and they still haven't answered.

I booked the car in my neighborhood and realized that the car is not there when I had to drive my wife to work. They just terminated that station without any notice... Before this week there were not a single booking where something didn't go wrong: once the car didn't unlock, next time the car didn't start when I unlocked and tried to drive. This is extremely annoying, when you have a tight schedule... The concept is super cool, but the realization and communication is garbage. I won't use this service again.

I have changed my credit card, and i wanted to update it on my app...so i can use the car again... I called... they just said they cannot help, sorry, and hung up... Besides the app is only in Danish... and the interface is poor, the lack of professionalism in customer service is just sad. The sign-up fee is just a theft, i think companies with succes and those without, have only tre professionalism to thank for.

Virkelig elendigt! Vi havde booket bilen, da vi skulle kigge på et hus. Da vi prøver at checke ind vil bilen ikke låse op, ringer til kundeservice som intet kan gøre og bare annullere vores booking. Vi ender med at måtte bruge 500 kr. på taxa for at kunne nå vores fremvisning.

Vil aldrig nogensinde låne en bil derfra igen. Havde kørt en aften hvor jeg lagde bilnøglen tilbage igen, stod endda og ventede til døren låste. Skulle så bruge den dagen efter igen, hvor de så viste sig at være “væk” Kontaktede så deres support, og hun sagde at bilen ikke kunne låse uden nøgle, så nøglen var der. Derefter skriver jeg til chefen, men inden har han trukket 3000 kroner fra min konto. Simpelhent for klamt og grusomt!

Jeg hylder i den grad delebil ordningen Tadaa!. Jeg har oplevet en 5 stjernet service. Der var bare hjælp at få. Jeg kunne se gode instruktions videoer og god fyldig info. over tilefonen til Tadaa! -også udenfor normal arbejdstid. Ved lange ture må man regne med opladningstider til el bilen. Men det ved man jo inden man kører. Helt igennem en dejlig oplevelse og fantastisk telefon service hos Tadaa!
