Regarding prepaid service. Works averagely, but customer service is pretty atrocious. If your SIM stops working, don't call customer service, just get a new one - it'll fix the problem faster.
The worst experience, very poor customer service.
My experience with Lycamobile prepaid service has been pretty good so far. Occasionally there have been instances where there were bad signals. I have always found their customer service nice and very helpful. The only problem I noticed recently was that, I bought their \All in one\ package as I was travelling within Europe and once I entered a new country, I was unable to receive calls from Denmark despite roaming being switched on. I was able to make calls to other countries and use internet data though. I hope lycamobile will take this matter into consideration and will try to rectify this problem in future.
The worst service ever!!! I bought a Lycamobile SIM, topped it up and bought a package. However the package did not work even though I tried the SIM in two mobile phones. I could not call and I could not get internet. I filed the request for the assistance but I got no response. I filed a complaint 10 days ago and still no response, though they promise to respond within 5 working days. They simply robbed me.
They auto renew when i turned it off
The worst experience in my life. Three eyes overcharge and still NOT get the money back. Really disappointed for the service . In plus the customer service is just ridiculous
