Changed to winter tyres and discovered that I needed the safety bolts. Tyres were done in no time. Then took one day to order the bolts and two minutes to put on. Great customer service. A plus for dog lovers, they sometimes babysit the most adorable chihuahua... and ab-so-lutely quiet, not a pip.
