In 2011, he won the “Best Sweet of the Year” award. Since 2011, he is a TV Chef in "Go'​ Morgen Danmark"​ of TV2 in Denmark. In 2012 he was honoured by the Danish Gastronomical Academy. In 2014, he published his cook-book "Desserter fra Strangas"​. He is also a judge in the professional pastry chefs'​ competition "Sukkertoppen"​ of TV2, currently developing its third season. As of now, he is a judge in the amateur pastry chef's competition "Bake Off Greece"​, currently in production of its first season.
