I appreciate a good coffee and I respect craftmanship but I also consider a friendly service as equally important. Unfortunately, the latter was absent in Stiller's Coffee. The context: My friend asked for a lungo, because that's what she prefers. Stiller's dry answer: \I don't do this\. She then very kindly asked if she could just have a finger of hot water in a to-go cup. Dry answer: \No\, without even an attempt to be friendly. It felt like speaking to a US imigration officer when entering the country as a foreigner. When I compained about his behavior, he said that I couldn't make changes to a menue in a Michelin star restaurant either. Well, in my limited Michelin star restaurant experience, accomodating your wishes was an essential part of the experience. If he had explained why he refused some extra water instead of treating us like we weren't worthy of his coffee eminency, this would have ended differently. However, we left without a coffee and won't come back ever again. Asking my coffee expert friends (Danes and expats), I found they had similar experiences. Conclusion: no more Stiller for me.

It was written in Google Maps that it is open, and unfortunately I found it closed. I hope the owner will update his shop so that customers do not cut a long distance and then find the traveler closed, and unfortunately this happens with me for the second time

Very good coffee, however there seem to be no snacks or small pastries available. This would make the experience even better for non-full heart coffe-affecionados.

Friendly staff and took their time to explain the coffee, do a few recommendations and amaze us with the delicious coffee techniques and flavors. Great barista spot, if you ever cross this bar, it is worth to give it a try.
