Shark Gaming advertise products with 2-4 day delivery when it is out of stock - there is no telling when you will get what you order and you should not believe the time estimates they operate with. They also sell a product to give you priority in the build-queue. This supposedly brings your build 'to the top of the list'. Given that they also sell this for products they cannot possibly build due to a lack of components makes this in the best case 'deceptive', but could also be considered 'fraudulent'. The only reason they get two stars, and not one, is because once you get hold of them on the chat they are very friendly. But, I would have traded the friendliness for honesty and efficiency!

Decent computers. But their costumer service is non-existent. They're impossible to contact. They also claim to have fast delivery, but put in hardware they dont have in stock, so you will have to wait 30 days, meanwhile you have no idea whats going on
Good computers, however customer service non-exsistent. They state that is takes them 15-20 days to build a PC, yet it took them 30 for me.
Simple orderprocess, very fast delivery, screen is good, graphic card is fast, CPU and WiFi are fast, keyboard is excellent, loudspeakers are rubbish. I got confirmation-mail and a mail during the setup process with a status - very good. First start took a while, because I did not know, I had to setup a local account and later delete it - direct login with a Microsoft account led to that the system stuck forever. Good connectivity, good packaging. I was worried, how it would look - a barebone laptop - but I am very satisfied. The cooling is fantastic. This is the best offer available (a bargain for that price) - and I can live with bad sound - or connect a decent loudspeaker (works also via Bluetooth). My next computer I will buy there, too - so in about 10 years :-)

The system I ordered and received exceeded my expectations. I can clearly see the care and expertise that went into building it. From ordering to receiving, the entire process was effortless and fast. Should I need another system built in the future I will most definitely use Shark Gaming again. 100% recommended from a person who has always built their own systems in the past.
