My experience was not good. I saw people afraid of eachother afraid of being taken away their jobs. eatern european given jobs to because they are cheap manual labor or ,yself the cheapest being sendt there as praktikant. I had to hear from one of the leaders who happended to be black, (part of the leadership from England) that I was different because I was transgender. did he know people like him were displayed as animals in the 1900s? does he think he is going to be considered like a white supremacist male just because he is temporarily in the leadership. Hiring outsiders indstead of people that live in Denmark and invest their money in the country is a huge mistake. misusing human resource and lying about their future in the company is even worse. somtimes complaining seems like a little thing, but in the long run others will see what I saw..
