I love this company. It is serious, and professional . It is not only because I am a Diamond member for 5 years now, it is because I have proved it to myself taking 100 flights every year, how fast and efficient they are solving your problem due cancelations of flights/delays/compensations... Customer service is excellent, efficient and fast. However as a Diamond member I get the chance to have drinks for free and it is a nice companion to enjoy the view ;)

Having travelled far and wide with SAS many times, I now ask myself: What's truly good about travelling with this airline? Absolutely nothing.
Self loathing company. They lost my luggage and gave away my paid seat. Screamed at me for questioning them about it. They hate their own and create commercials proving they don't care about the people and culture of Scandinavia. Putting all of their employees in financial risk. Stop using this company for all its worth. Paying 100 euros extra in a different airline company is worth it.
They have some kind of partnership with TRUST FORWARDING and SPIRIT CARGO. Today I have the worst experience ever when it comes to sending cargo. I paid almost 600 Australian dollars to send 4 luggages full of clothes (57 kg in total) I was expecting to pay something for customs and some extra fee BUT 419 DKK for SPIRIT CARGO (handling fee) and 1100 DKK for RUST FORWARDING (customs clearance) WHAT A JOKE and RIP OFF!!! next I use other company... or buy second hand clothes... it is cheaper than using this company....

Two flights in two days and both delayed. Missed my connecting flight home. Next time I’ll fly to Hamburg and drive the last bit.
