Again the Danish craft bewerage people amazed me. Snoremark mead, cider and sparkling mead with angrlica, definitely impressed my taste buds. I am of the mind that to understand craft, one must meet the craftsman. Karin & Co. have worked hard with the up- and downhills of a lifestyle entrepreneur, but it all makes it only more real and APPROACHABLE (inside joke for the zen-guy:))
