I've ordered a full automatic coffe machine Siemens EQ6 S300 PLUS on their website Friday,tight after that I contact them several times (waiting time on the phone up to 10 minutes) to change my order before will be packed. They ensure me the product will be replaced from order and will add the other one. They lied to me, saying I can change it on first 100 days on siemens website, but this campaign is finished. They don't deserve even the 2 stars what I gave them I do not recommend this webshop. Friendliness 0, accuracy 0, fast delivery 0(it took 7 days to arrive)

Unfortunately, a thoroughly unprofessional company that has no control over the condition of the products they sell and is not service-minded when a customer has issues I bought an espresso machine, two milk jugs and a tamper from the webshop of Rigtig Kaffe on 20/9 - 2020. My espresso machine was filled with scratches and imprints from greasy fingers. Apparently, my machine was an \exhibition model\ even though I had bought and paid for a new machine at full price. Rigtig Kaffe told me that “The employees usually do a good job at wiping fingerprints away”, i.e. they often sell machines that have been on show. Further, one of the milk jugs had a large scratch, and the tamper had a notch in it. There was no evidence that this had happened during delivery. Rigtig Kaffe tried to offer me a measly 1kg of coffee so that I would keep the products, but I chose to return them. Rigtig Kaffe received the returned items on 30/9 and most (but not all) of my money was refunded on 19/10, i.e. close to three weeks later and long after the specified max processing time. Rigtig Kaffe gave me a bill of 300 DKK for the return shipment. The employees that I had contact with were not very service-minded and didn’t seem very proactive in terms of solving the problem. My experience testifies to a poorly run business with limited focus on customers. Conclusion: Buy your coffee and coffee machines somewhere else. There are many other and better dealers.

The company did not deliver all ordered items (27 of 39 coffee mugs) and misdelivered one of the 27 (not ordered, but received). They excused themselves for not having them and told us that they deducted the amount from the price, which they did not (which we have undeniable evidence for). Then they said they would send a new faktura, which they never did. Since then (Nov 2018) the company has not been responding to our request to to get a restitution. We phoned several times and sent 15 emails. We only received two replies, which were extremely blunt and denying their responsibility. It is unbelievably bad customer care. I guess if Rigtigkaffe delivers correctly, you are fine, but gear up for a long lasting battle if they dont. The company lacks in competence and professionality. My advice: don't buy from them to save you the trouble in case the order is not correctly handled.

Super god rådgivning! Rigtig Kaffe er tydeligvis ejet af rigtige kaffe entusiaster, og Morten har via YouTube videoer lavet mange fremvisninger og demonstrationer som er meget hjælpsomme, hvis man er på udkig efter en espressomaskine. Vi fik et godt tilbud til vores Siemens EQ 6 og samtidigt en masse gode råd med på vejen. Kan kun fuldt ud anbefale at besøge butikken og få en demonstration eller to.

Rigtig god oplevelse at handle her. Deres videoer på nettet er super gode, betjening via mail fungere bare, god service, konkret svar, og med link, desuden svar inden for 4 timer! Jeg købte en maskine kl 15.09 kl 16 fik jeg mail om at den var afsendt, næste morgen kl 9.15 stod GLS med maskinen på mit job

VARNING!!! 1, Extrem lång leveranstid. 2. Man får inget meddelande/sms /mail om var man kan hämta ut sin vara vid beställning. 3. För att hitta utlämningsstället måste man läsa deras otaliga mail och sen söka sig fram via flera andra sidor. 4. Företaget verkar inte följa den danska lagen när det gäller reklamation av felaktiga varor. (köpeloven) 5. Priserna på deras varor är ok, men på på grund av alla problem som uppstår så anser jag att det bara finns ett alternativ: Köp från ett annat företag.

Företaget befinner sig i Danmark. Det är därför helt olönt att returnera produkter i och med att köparen själv betalar både frakt och retur. Jag köpte koppar för 450 kr och priset för att skicka tillbaka dem blev ungefär detsamma. Deras kundtjänst var inte villiga att på något sätt att hjälpa till med detta. Tycker att det borde framgått bättre och tydligare vid köpet.
