Great way to see city in short time! Sure it's touristy, but it's a cheap, convenient way to see the highlights of Copenhagen without a lot of walking. Get on and off as often as you like. And there is plenty to see!

Beware of this company. Shanel the girl in the front desk was really rude. Me and my husband were still discussing whether a 2 day pass or 3 day pass will suit us better since we are a tourist. We were asking her details like if how much would each tourist attraction cost us and if its worth it to buy pass instead. And she was very irritated at us and frowned at us. As if we had to just shut up! Worst customer service ever! Better to really go to other tourist company/center

Lovely route. Friendly staff who are polite and even helped me retrieve a beanie I left behind on one of the buses. Thank you!

I spent two days in Copenhagen and i've been using the buses service and everything was perfect, the drivers are really friendly and they are always on time. The audio guide explains everything well so i think is a very good way to know the city if you have not enough time to visit everything.

Hello there My partner and I joined your red bus tour yesterday morning. All was well until stop 10 when we got off the bus at the fountain. When we wanted to get back on the bus about 1 and a half hours later, there were no buses for 40 minutes. A large crowd had gathered, many elderly by the time a bus finally appeared. However that bus was full and did not even open the doors to us, it just drove off with no explanation. Immediately behind was a second bus but although 4 people got off, the driver would not let any of us board. It was extremely hot. Many of the people had been waiting longer than us and the driver could not say when the next bus would come and if there would be any space. We had to be back at our hotel before 5 and so had to run to the nearest metro stop to take the metro back to the Central Station. Most of the older people waiting would not have been able to make that journey, I just hope that they were able to eventually get on a bus. I think your advertising is misleading. The idea of 'hop on hop off' is a nonsense. You are taking far too many bookings and do not have enough buses so you should make it clear that you are just selling a one way ticket to your first stop with no guarantee that your customers will ever be able to continue the journey. We paid 35 euros for a short trip and I have to say this was the biggest rip off in Copenhagen. I will be adding my comments to Trip Advisor and Facebook to warn others to stay away from this trip. I had an amazing experience at tours & tickets this afternoon, thanks to the Italian boy with a weird Portugese name. I’ll be back for sure.
