I have never experienced a more obnoxious customer service, than the one I received Tuesday 11th of August in the Randers store. I came in upon the recommendation from the customer service office, as the Skjeby store had sold my mother a wrong TV combination. I, assuming that the service center office had logged the case on the reference number, expected the store representative to offer a service to correct the error. Instead I was met with indifference, arrogance, and lecturing. I would never hire this guy, as I would not want my customers to be treated the way my mother and I were treated. Once a store makes a mistake I would consider it the company's mission to fix the error, regardless of how and where the error occurred. The \service\ representative should be educated in good customer service.
Good shop with with a decent selection of items. Though it can take some time when buying items as some are kept in the deposit that, (at the time I was there), was understaffed. For the rest everything was good.
