The existing children’s shoe business models have inefficiencies such as overproduction, unfit distribution models, long time to market, etc. which means that the average mark-up in the industry is x5. We believe we can do it differently. A new business model resting on three pillars; a new and flexible made-to-order production system, a direct to consumer sales and marketing strategy, and a product that is made from sustainable and recycled materials whenever possible. Our first product will soon be available at pykcph.com (COVID-19 delayed the launch) and later this year at pop-up events and various digital platforms.,Children’s shoes that look like everyone else's? And since we only produce the number of shoes that are ordered, we can deliver high quality at a fair price - and together, we can end the meaningless overproduction of shoes.
