Bought a bike from Pedalatleten on their website and picked it up at their store. The process was super simple and the staff was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the process. Definitely a high quality shop and I will definitely be coming back.

We rented a tandem bicycle and a trailer for 12 days. We did more than 370km with the bike and the trailer. In the overall it was okay but we had to buy a multitool to fix some things on the bikes. The front brake needed adjustments even after the adjustment made in the shop, the front light was touching the magnet on the wheel, both the saddles where moving and both handlebars needed to be tighten cause they were moving too. I forgot to mention that the 1st gear only worked 2 out of 3 times when we needed it. We were satisfied with the bike for our use, but we just wished the bike would have been in better overall condition (even if it's a renting bicycle). We mention all that to the team, and they were professional about it. Also I'd like to thanks the mecanic guy, he gave us the tool we needed to remove the trailer when we wanted to, and it's been realy useful.
The guy who “helped” me was very rude, and his college was just sitting there. I understand that you might be busy, but I bought my bike at this shop, took a 3hrs bus just so they could take a look at it because thats what they suggested and no helped was given!
Excellent service. We rented some mountain bikes from this shop for 2 days online. Got to the shop and they had to do some adjustments and were friendly and super cool about it all.
Very fast and friendly service. We looked up a few places and this Pedalatleten Østerport had the bikes we needed to rent, including one for our 11 yo child. Rentals are for at least 24 hours, longer if you need. Feels a bit rushed at times, but just make sure you get what you ask and they will accommodate. Bikes are in good shape.
This was the 3rd shop I went to and by far the best. Very kind and very patient. Everything about hiring a bike was quick, easy, straightforward
Expensive and tricky. I had a flat tyre and was told they would charge me 100 dkr. to put a patch on it. At my insistance they told that they would charge 250 dkr. if they concluded that the inner tube should be replaced. I told them that I would not be interested in their work if that was the case. I was not told about any minimum charge. You may imagine the rest: they said one patch would not be sufficient, but they still charged me 100 dkr. One hour later I had the inner tube replaced for 150 dkr. at another shop.
Friendly service, good bikes, good prices. What more can you ask for?
