PAJ Group

PAJ Group is located in Sønderborg, Denmark on Grundtvigs Alle 163. PAJ Group is rated 3 out of 5 in the category electrical/electronic manufacturing in Denmark. PAJ was founded in 1996 by Poul A. Jessen – the current CEO of PAJ. The focus was on mechatronics - Intelligent instruments and sophisticated products combining electronics, software and mechanics – always with an uncompromising commitment to quality. By 2001 PAJ became ISO 9001 certified and two years later ISO 14001. IEC and IPC certifications were added from 2003 to 2008, as well as ISO13485 and IRIS certifications in 2008/9. Over the years PAJ has developed, produced and matured advanced products within a broad range of technologies, building up a comprehensive platform of technologies and knowhow. By mid ’00 PAJ started developing own products and the current strategy is based on developing own products within all four Business Units. We believe in quality as a competitive advantage, and only pursue products we believe can be market leading. All new developments and IPR are protected and the R&D strategy includes very competent partners from Danish and European universities as well as private companies. In 2011 Søren Laungaard became Chairman of the Board and in 2012 a new company legal structure was established with three separate legal entities owned equally by the familiy holding companies of Poul Jessen and Søren Laungaard. The PAJ Group brand name same time replaced Paj Systemteknik signalling the internationalisation of the companies.
