Very bad service for a camera shop. I ordered a pack of Portra film for my 35mm camera ONLINE. I chose for pickup at the store but i have received email the item has been shipped after a couple days of ordering. Of course i thought the item has been shipped, it has been 7 days and i have not received anything. I tried to email but no replies then i called. They told me that it was an auto email sent to me that my item has been shipped. I mean your online shopping does not work at all. There was no apology at all but instead asking me to email again if i want to cancel order. Will never go or recommend this store to people.

I have finally, after many disappointments, chosen to shop elsewhere going forward even if the prices are higher. First, you can get film cheaper in Copenhagen if you know the right people, and if having it shipped isn't a deal breaker, there are many more sources. The thought of having to interact with the staff has just become too much to deal with and I'm done feeling like 1) perfectly reasonable questions about products and services are unwelcome and irritating, 2) that I am generally lesser-than, and 3) that when conflicting statements by staff are brought up, these are categorically denied as lies. I wish them well going forward.

A nice small store, with a good selection, but unfortunately the staff are not very friendly. You will get a much better service at other camera stores in Copenhagen.

Small and nice shop, with great range of cameras and film. Many Hasselblad and Leica Cameras. Haven't been in other Copenhagen camera stores, but I like this one)
