A small old Viking village, where you go back to the old days of living in Denmark, without a phone or television, This is a fun place to walk around and look at all the old building they have recreated here. The people who walk around in this tiny village are extremely friendly, we couldn't speak danish, but they had no problem Changing to English 4 us. There is a small price u pay by entrance and i am sure you would not regret this. Just remember that if you have a child with you that doesn't understand the English language on a higher level, they will need Allot of explanation beacuse of sometimes the hard pronounced words they use to describe the village. Fun place to go i personally highly suggest it!

Recontructed Iron Age village/open air museum in area with good walks. I visited in early April, very nice.

Great historic recreation of a Viking village. Hands-on stuff in a pretty location. Kids loved it too. Worth an hour or two of your time. Interesting collection of rustic gifts in the shop and knowledgeable staff.
We were lucky to visit when there was a big middle-aged marked. So it was played. In this combination a dream. Also with children. The market was at a weekend in May 2019.
Brilliant especially with the 're enactors market on.
