Very rude staff and bad service. Big lines in the que and little experience in DIY.

Everything DIY you need under one roof, with very helpful staff when you need them.
Plenty of choice for when you want to make your project happen or fix up your home, but there's a lack of support staff for when you need help. The staff seems mostly component enough when you do get to speak to them, but you might have to wait for more than 15-20 minutes before you can speak to them, and this is on a slow evening.. Labelling is also missing or incorrect in a lot of places which can make shopping much harder than it has to be. Plenty of parking space in front of the building.

My go to hardware store. You probably won't find a larger selection or stock in town. The prices match other hardware stores. If you are looking for brand name products you might occasionally come up short in Bauhaus as they tend to focuse heavily on their own brands - these products are however usually very reasonably priced. Bauhaus is also very popular so some patience might be required if you need assistance from the employees, however they always handles returns or complaints very well.
It literally contains everything, but it is not that easy to find goods in unless you are familiar with the place.
