My chain snapped shortly after starting my cycling tour. The staff here were very friendly and managed to see me quickly. They identified the real problem of damage to the rear derailleur in transit, and managed to fix that and the chain very quickly for a reasonable price. I have done a lot of miles since then with no problems. Even though I live in London I would consider getting my bike serviced here!
