In a nutshell, we were in a time constraint and we needed a fast solution to find a new place and to rent out ours. Despite the fact that we were ready to move on 15/7, we received a communication (9/7), stating that the apartment we chose was not available anymore!! Regarding the renting of my place, they were only interested if i agreed on allowing them to put it on platforms such as Airbnb. so, they made us lose precious time and caused frustration. Funny enough, someone gave five stars...unless it is a case of homonymy, it is the same Bo Sander running Nordic housing.

We rented a house for a few month through this agency last year. After we moved out from the house we could not get back our deposit(40000 dkk)!!! They are not supportive at all and their manner will be changed after you rent your apartment or house so that in our case, they have not replied us to return our money after almost 9 months!!! The agency is not trustable at all.

Do not get involved with this. Dodgy. Apartments not worth the prices. They do not handle refusal well. Unprofessional phone calls.
Jeg havde aftalt med Nordic Housing at udleje min lejlighed gennem dem. De hævdede at de ville kunne udleje den med det samme, så Vi flyttede ud i en fart, fik gjort lejligheden klar til udlejning i form af malere og indretning af et helt nyt soveværelse. Men efterfølgende var de utroligt svære at få kontakt til på trods af, at jeg henvendte mig både pr. Mail og telefon. Det eneste svar jeg fik var, at de var lige ved at finde lejere til lejligheden, og at jeg kunne forvente at blive kontaktet samme eller næste dag. Der skete ikke et klap og de vendte ikke tilbage, på trods af at jeg henvendte mig igen. Urimeligt ringe, utroværdigt og uprofessionelt firma. Jeg vil anbefale alle, at holde sig fra dem.
Er i process med at finde egnet ny bolig, og kan kun anbefale og rose Nordic Housing for deres gode service og professionalisme.
