We have designed our heat exchanger as a counterflow unit. It takes in fresh air from outside and uses the exhaust air to heat up the incoming air. What is more, the heat exchanger is made of PP and stainless steel, which makes it easy to clean while ensuring long service life. It is therefore particularly suitable for highly dusty environments such as poultry and pig farms, drying plants as well as industries supplying heat to production process. Rokkedahl-Energi's heatexchanger solutions have proven highly efficient with heating reductions up to 80% and is currently being used in about 90% of all Danish broiler farms. For industrial use the solutions can reduce heating cost with 30-50 %, increase the capacity in the production and reduce the dust discharged into the immediate enviroment.
