I came to Djursland-psykologen with issues of long-term systemic stress coupled with a sense of low self-esteem. Throughout our sessions, Frank diligently helped me uncover the roots of these issues using a wonderful combination of a gentle voice, direct questions, and thoughtful insights. Another thing that struck me was Frank's native level of English which helped when it came to communicating deep emotions or complex thoughts. Having finished our course of sessions, I am at a stage where I know deep-down that stress and self-esteem issues won't be dictating my future. I feel like myself once again; ready, willing, and able to create a future of my own making. And I wouldn't be there without the help received from, Frank. I really can't thank him enough.

This summer I was involved in a serious traffic accident that affected my life from all perspectives, leaving me confused and overwhelmed by everything around me. Frank helped me to find myself again, by guiding and supporting me through this long journey, making me understand what I am going through and providing me the resources I need(ed) to continue my life with a healthy mental state. Fantastisk psykolog der er god til at mærke sig helt ind under huden. Skriver en god og fyldig journal der bliver fulgt op på trods der er gået 1 år siden sidst. Og jeg vil specielt fremhæve hans brug af humor der giver gode redskaber fremadrettet
