sent more than 7000 krones and paid a part in cash. they did not have enough coins to give me the exact change and had to choose between making me a discount of 5 krones or asking me to pay 1 krone more than due. guess what they choose

5 weeks ago we ordered a table and chairs and they said they had it in Odense and that we should have it the week after Easter. Yet there is still no sign of the table or the mention of the possible delivery date. Also, customer service is organised in a very peculiar fashion - one person is assigned to you \case\ and only they are allowed to give you information on the status. Which means that if they are not in office you have to wait until they return. You get to tracking or anything. Never ordering anything from them again! And I recommend staying away from them.

Ok udvalg af møbler og fin service fra en medarbejder, som gav sig tid til finde svar på mit spørgsmål. Men det trækker ned, at My Home ikke kan tilbyde at samle møbler mod en ekstra betaling. Den service er der andre møbelbutikker, der tilbyder.
Vi bestilte ny sofa og de levere 14 dage før planlagt, virkelig god service. De manglede dog en af nakkestøtterne men den er på vej.
Det var nogle gode medarbejdere, de talte ikke efter munden, og man kunne prutte lidt om prisen så det er ikke sidst gang jeg besøger butikken
