So far my experience with this doctors office has been horrible. I have recently moved back to Denmark from the U.S. and because of my timing, and how everything closes in Denmark for Easter. I was not able to register back into the country until 3 weeks after I have arrived. So I am out of my important medicine. So finally when I was able to register myself in the country, and get a doctor. I called them too make an appointment and also see if they could give me enough of my medicine to last me till my doctors visit. At first, the lady on the phone said that would not be a problem and also scheduled a time to talk with the doctor. But when I went to pick up my prescription, there was nothing there. I tried calling back, but they were closed. I tried calling back on Monday as soon as possible, but because my registration, for being back in Denmark is taking so long, I can not get a Danish telephone number. So with my American phone number\u003cwhich is very expensive too call from\u003e, I called and called. and finally it went thru, and the lady I spoke with was extremely rude and very unhelpful. So I was not able to get my important medicine. So now I have to suffer even longer, because either the lady working on Friday lied too me, or the lady I spoke with today was in a bad mood and takes it out on her patients. Either way, very unprofessional and extremely disappointing. Once I have spoken too my doctor on the 20th of this month and does not act like his staff who answers phones in such a manner, I will update my review. but until then, I really would not recommend this doctors office just based on the bad, lazy and unprofessional manners of there staff.
