Am surprised by handling in Matas Hellerup (Shop no. 12211), where they charged me 554,95DKK for a Dior Sauvag Edt 60ml eau de toilette, while a simple Google search showing price of 429,- other places. I shared the case with their customer service, after long chat, the answer I got was, "We do not price match others"... :-) A dif. of 135DKK with neighbor shop... More over the attitude is just to attack the customer as soon you are entering the shop, a fake smile & how to rob you..:-) The same “attack & fake smile” was experienced in Matas Charlottenlund, but I quickly left the shop. Google the item before you considering to enter Matas :-)

Jeg har købt en øjenvippebukker som ikke virker og kom tilbage med kvittering og øjenvippebukkeren i helt ny stand. Og jeg kunne ikke bytte den. Det er simpelthen for dårligt at man ikke kan købe noget og når det ikke virker. Dårlig service. Dybt skuffet. Andet en en af pigerne som prøvede men den anden var uenig i at jeg kunne bytte
