Awesome amazing fantastic! Living on Vesterbro with a new born we dont often venture out to Nørrebro nearly enough, but when Empire Bio said they had a new neighbor with great bagels we just had to try it out! Living in Copenhagen you can get tons of bagels but nothing that really tastes very good unfortunately, its become a lazy commoditized food where everywhere serves the same mediocre quality. But man oh man, Made is excellent! We had the 2 sliders for 60 lunch offer where we had the Barcelona (awesome small pieces of chorizo and a powerful sauce) and the Nordic with thick fresh slices of salmon, awesome value! We also tried a slider with truffle cream cheese which was terrific too. We will definitely to be back to try the rest of the menu! Oh and great friendly service from the young guy manning the shop yesterday on Dec 4th, big probs to him for making us feel very welcome and encouraging us to come back for more!
