I recently paid a visit to this store with my princess, we spent a couple of hours brousing their extensive product range in a relaxed environment and it was nice to see other couples doing the same. What I especially liked was most of the items were out on display to touch/hold/test and not packaged up or in a display case and the staff were helpful if and when assistance was required unlike my local store where the young girls go red and you can see them trying to stop themselves grinning. It caters for a variety of tastes and all levels of experience, I would highly recommend it to others and I shall be sure to visit again upon my next trip to Copenhagen.

Goods are ok. Nice selection. They got a little issue with customer service though. Would be nice if they are a little bit sensitive to serve an asian foreigner. Personal experience.
