Always a nice place to grab some food after watching the museum. This time we had the salmon and lobster bisque and it was delicious. Great food and not to expensive and the view of Øresund is great

What a phenomenal buffet. We are better here than in most restaurants. The melt in your mouth herring and celeriac soup were the standout options. Pretty good value too!

I don’t know if it was because I got lost and instead of Humlebæk I took a train to Helsingor and ended up very hungry by the time I reached Louisiana. But this was the best museum food! Everything is so thought through. The soup with lobster had a strong taste but then it got neutralized by the fresh lobster salad and this amazing bread that comes with the soup. For the mains we had the fresh white cod with lemon sauce asparagus and mashed potatoes which was so soft that it melted in mouth and so did the main with the veal. You also get a salad with your meal, and it was just the most well balanced salad that surprises your taste buds with every bite you take, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, melon, honeydew, blueberries and lettuce with sun dried tomatoes.

Amazing cafe with large terrace taking in views of the garden sculptures and sea. The steak tartare was delicious and service was prompt and friendly.

Above and beyond the normal museum cafeteria. The prices are steep but worth it. Normally they have an amazing buffet but at the moment only table service with an a la carte menu, which is however also really nice. Sit by fireplace or enjoy the beautiful view, of the sea. Absolutely worth the trip on its own.

The food is good, but a bit overpriced. Most people go for the buffé, which is a clever option if you are hungry. The smaller dishes are really small and quite expensive, so I would recommend avoiding them, unless you really just want to have a bite. It is often very crowded, so it is good to reserve a seat before going for the food, otherwise you risk wondering about with a tray, with nowhere to sit down. The deserts are really tasty!
