I contacted LE34 numerous times before receiving a response from said Brian Bay Johansen for an offer, which was rather high. We turned down the offer after knowing how much it truly costs for the job we wanted to have done that was tripled in the offer. I received a bill for 875,- for the initial and start-up work he claims he had started on. It is safe to say that we will not be footing that bill, and he can shove it where the sun doesn't shine.
