Buy my dog food here always and took a wrong bag salmon instead of chicken, but same brand so thought it couldn't hurt but it did, but even doh I used it for a week and only 1 phonecall I could get a refund for half the bag.. so I was glad I didn't lose all my money, but then when I got in the store I got a whole bag in return instead...really amazing...no discussions or difficulties...just explained the situation and got super service in return...so from me they get 5 stars...!
