Okay but definitely not thr nicest føtex I have been. Also my 4 y.o. daughter needed to go to the toilet but the door didn't lock. Still nice that they have a toilet.

Terrible phone etiquette. They take your call put you on hold then hang up after 5 minutes of waiting. Employee doesn't even acknowledge that you are calling the store. Very disappointing, this after having an employee tell me that I needed to call and to talk with a manager. Now I have more, however all the hassle of it just makes me think I should take my business elsewhere.
