Useless service. Only good thing is: there is a phone number in case of problems. But issues are not solved after 40 days and you are send from email to email to email. Arrogant replies (if any). They always use the words 'we have to follow the laws' (true of course, not questioning this), but they are very selective which laws they follow. GDPR related questions are ingnored (that's also EU law, in case they don't know this yet). 15 years ago, this was state-of-the-art and the app was one of the first ones of this kind. Now they are outdated. At first view, the price (costs) is the same as elsewhere but the exchange rate is much less good. So I uninstall the app and start using Remitly or WorldRemit instead.

This is a joke. No Western Union at this place. I know coz I live 2 buildings away. This direction confuses people. I’ve been ask several times about WU here but told them the pin in Google map was a mistake.
