These people attend to their clients as if they were doing a favor (I mean those of the Chat) they had reserved a scooter on May 27 because they wanted to use it for work. I had to tell them that if they did not give it to me, I would report them for misleading advertising. They told me that they would call me shortly and they did not. They told me they would send me emails and it was never true. information given drops or inconsistent. They told me that I had to go to Valby's store and when I went to you nothing told me that it was in Osterbro's. I wasted a lot of time and energy. They wanted to wear me down because they had reserved a product without their employees checking the stock or because they didn't mark it as reserved. pathetic.
Rude workers, bad service, like every thansen
I ordered fireworks online from this shop and when I got to the delivery point the clerk checks my order and announces \sorry I have none of the things you ordered\. This was despite having ordered and paid in advance. I tell this to the clerk and he explains that online orders are only eservations\... Doesn't a reservation means they should set aside what I ordered for me to pick up? He ended up cancelling my order and refunding me. The pickup location was far out of the way so I wasted over an hour to go there and back for nothing and now I have to find fireworks at the last possible moment when everything will be sold out - what's even the point of ordering online for advance if they're not going to set aside what is ordered?
The service in one word; outstanding!
Staff and prices are great but the fact that not all the stuff is on display and you have to find it online and ask them to bring it out is disappointing.
